What your child learns

  • Directions: up, down, left, right
  • Planning steps in order, like a program
  • Finding and fixing a mistake in the plan

How to play

Tap arrows to move the robot. On later levels the arrows go into a plan first; press Go and the robot follows it. If it hits a rock or the edge it goes back to the start, and the plan is kept to fix.

Levels

  1. Level 1Each arrow moves the robot one step.
  2. Level 2Plan the path, then press Go.
  3. Level 3Longer paths around rocks.

A tip for parents

Play robot at home: your child gives you arrow orders to walk to the kitchen.
